As lockdown eases, many employers will be looking to kickstart hiring on a business landscape changed by the pandemic.
However, as Paul Farrer, Founder & Chairman of Aspire, a recruitment business,
explained to HR Grapevine, this won’t be easy.
“If you are seeking skilled workers, don’t expect a candidate-rich market.
Qualified candidates are in short supply across many sectors,” he said.
And even though he sees evidence of many candidates wanted a new challenge –
