It’s Time To Rethink Leadership. The Key is Trust

One of the hottest topics in leadership development is trust. That’s because the ability to build and sustain trust is the foundation of good leadership and healthy company culture.

Claremont University professor Paul Zak, who has devoted much of his career to researching trust, wrote in his article “The Neuroscience of Trust,” how:

Compared with people at low-trust companies, people at high-trust companies report 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, 13% fewer sick days, 76% more engagement, and 29% more satisfaction with their lives and 40% less burnout.
